CBIG 2019 Corplan Held at Marriott Clark

Country Bankers Insurance Group (CBIG) officers, led by its SVP & GM, Geraldine Desiderio-Garcia, presented to the Board of Directors its production targets and action plans for 2019 last November 22, 2018 at Marriott Hotel, Clark. This annual activity focuses on the marketing objectives and strategies of both life and nonlife companies and how other departments can contribute to the achievement of income targets for 2019. The plans for 2019 represent year 3 of the 5-year road map of CBIG. Atty. Romeo G. Velasquez, CBIG President gave the opening remarks and called attention to the critical role of 2019 in meeting the increased capitalization requirements. A review of 2018’s business highs and lows for CBIG was presented by our SVP & GM, Geraldine Desiderio-Garcia, as well as, the action plans to meet production targets and profit margins. CBIG chairperson, Atty. Ma. Victoria G. Guingona delivered the closing remarks and posed a challenge to increase production targets. Other board members in attendance were directors, Paterno Bacani J., Atty. Alex Cruz III, Agnes Desiderio, Dennis Locsin, Roberto Montelibano, Antolin Naguiat, Manuel Petines and Juan Miguel Reyes.
