CBIG Directors & Officers Spend Weekend in HK

As part of its corporate planning activity for 2017, the board of directors and officers of Country Bankers Insurance Group (CBIG) were treated to a weekend trip to Hong Kong last November 17-19, 2017. The group tour, which was arranged by Corporate International Travel & Tours, Inc. was a fun and delightful experience for everyone. The group enjoyed gastronomic treats at some of the finest and most popular restaurants in HK like the Peking Garden, Ngong Ping Garden and Yung Kee. The group also went to Lantau Island, where the giant statue of the Buddha can be found. The Kowloon city tour included interesting places to see like Kowloon Walled City Park, Chi Lin Nunnery and Nan Lian Garden. Aside from tireless shopping during free time, the board and officers also enjoyed cocktails while on a tram ride around the busy shopping district of Hong Kong. It was the first time that directors and officers of both life and nonlife companies, traveled together outside of the country, which made the trip all the more special and unforgettable.
